Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Noveris Digital Solutions OÜ.
By purchasing or accessing The 213 Method, you agree to these Terms.
The product
The 213 Method is a digital educational and self-reflection product delivered electronically.
The current product includes the 7-Day Identity Shift Practice, provided as a downloadable digital workbook.
Access is provided after successful payment through the download page and/or the delivery email sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
No physical product will be shipped.
You are responsible for having an internet connection and software or a device capable of opening standard PDF files.
Price and payment
The price displayed at checkout is the total price payable, including applicable taxes where stated.
Payments are processed through Stripe / Link Managed Payments. Stripe may act as merchant of record for transactions processed through Managed Payments and may process payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and transaction information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Delivery and access
Access to the digital product is normally provided immediately after successful payment.
You should receive access through:
- the post-purchase confirmation page; and/or
- the email address supplied during checkout.

Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund period.
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase by contacting:
You do not need to provide a detailed reason for requesting the refund.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
This refund policy does not limit any additional rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
Where the digital product is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.
Licence and intellectual property
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use The 213 Method for your own personal purposes.
You may download and store a personal copy.
You may not:
copy or reproduce the product for commercial distribution, resell it, upload it publicly, share the complete workbook with third parties, sublicense it, or claim any part of the product as your own work.
All intellectual property rights in The 213 Method, including its written content, exercises, structure, graphics and branding, remain owned by Noveris Digital Solutions OÜ or its licensors.
Educational purpose and outcomes
The 213 Method is provided for educational and personal self-reflection purposes.
It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice and is not intended to replace professional services.
The product discusses concepts relating to identity, self-concept and manifestation-oriented practices. Individual experiences vary.
We do not guarantee any specific personal, financial, professional, relationship, health, manifestation or other outcome from purchasing or using the product.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, interpretations and actions.
Changes and availability
We may make reasonable changes to the presentation, formatting, delivery method or technical infrastructure used to provide the product.
We will not intentionally remove the essential product purchased by an existing customer without providing a reasonable alternative means of access.
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, hosting providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from personal decisions made based on the educational content of the product.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If you purchase as a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights granted to you under the consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase.
These Terms do not waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded by contract.
Estonian consumer guidance requires online sellers to provide clear pre-contract information regarding the trader, product, total price and applicable contractual conditions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections granted by the laws of their country of residence where applicable.
